Dr Lisa Juckes is a consultant psychiatrist in practice in Sydney, and a staff specialist in Addiction Medicine and Psychiatry at Northern Sydney Area Drug and Alcohol Service. She has experience in individual and group treatment of patients with both mental health and substance use disorders. She has also been involved in teaching at the NSW Institute of Psychiatry for a number of years in the Mental Health Assessment and Management courses for GPs, and a post graduate tutor for the Psychiatry Registrar program.

Gavin Andrews is Professor of Psychiatry, UNSW at St Vincent's Hospital, Sydney. He directs the Anxiety Disorders Clinic at that hospital. He is the author of a standard text on 'The Treatment of Anxiety Disorders' published by Cambridge University Press. He chairs the DSM-V workgroup on revision of the definition of Generalized Anxiety Disorder, which he wants to call Major Worry Disorder.

Dr Anthony Harris is a senior lecturer in the Discipline of Psychological Medicine at the University of Sydney and a senior staff specialist for the Sydney West Area Health Service where he works as the consultant psychiatrist for the Prevention Early Intervention and Recovery Service in the Parramatta area. This service cares for young people with severe mental illness. Dr Harris’ research interests have centred upon the psychophysiology and neuroimaging of young people with psychosis and the investigation and treatment of recent onset schizophrenia.

Dr Melissa Green is a Research Fellow in the School of Psychiatry, University of New South Wales, and the Black Dog Institute, Prince of Wales Hospital. She is internationally recognized for clinical research on social cognition and affective neuroscience in psychotic and mood disorders. Dr Green received her PhD from the University of Sydney in 2002, then spent four years at the Macquarie Centre for Cognitive Science, investigating social cognition and the remediation of emotion processing deficits in psychosis. She moved to UNSW in 2006, where her current work focuses on the genetic basis and functional impact of social cognitive deficits in psychotic and mood disorders. Her work has direct implications for determining optimal and personalized treatments for psychotic and mood disorders.

Dr Antony Milch is a child and adolescent psychiatrist in private practice at Family in Mind in Mosman. Over the past 16 years he has worked extensively with adolescents in both private and public settings on the lower north shore, northern beaches and mid north coast. He has participated as a facilitator for The Black Dog Institute’s Troubled Teens program, where he has been running a workshop for GPs today. In addition, Dr Milch has a special interest in Medicolegal issues and regularly appears as a Court expert before the Family Court of Australia.
